Grayson's First Week

Grayson is already over a week old. In his first week he got to meet his family. He has also spent lots of time in his swing and bouncer seat. We've learned that he loves to be held and he hates being naked. He sleeps well, eats well, and poops well - we couldn't ask for more!

Grayson got to meet his Aunt and Uncle and his cousins.
Auntie Kim could hardly wait to get her hands on the little guy!

And Cameron thought he was OK, too!

Grayson seems to like riding. He's only taken two rides, but so far has slept through both!Nana came to stay with Grayson for a couple of days. He loves his Nana!

And he loves to swing!

He is mesmerized by the fish in his bouncer seat.
Daddy's chest is a favorite place to nap......when he can wrestle Grayson away from his Mama!
That sweet little forehead has already been kissed about a million times in his first week!

Welcome to the world, Grayson!

Insisting on entering the world as a breech baby, Grayson Lee arrived via scheduled c-section on October 19th. Mom and Dad couldn't be happier! Grayson weighs in at 6 lbs. 14 oz. and 20 inches long.

We're a little biased, but we think he's just beautiful!
Grayson likes to hang out in the Boppy.
And he loves to be bundled up!

He looks so tiny when Steve holds him!

Our WV Property

After looking off and on for a few years, we finally found some land in WV that we think will make the perfect spot for a little weekend cabin. It's located in between Summersville and Fayetteville -the two areas where we spend most of our time hiking, canoeing, kayaking, and whitewater rafting. Good friends live nearby and we're hoping other family and friends will plan to spend lots of weekends with us, too!

Right now there's just a driveway and a small spot for camping, but hopefully next summer we'll get a start on the foundation.
