Since summer has decided to stick around for a while we've been able to take advantage of lots of outdoor time. Last weekend we went to the local pumpkin festival. Grayson liked looking at all the pumpkins but he finally chose a tiny one that he could carry around with him. Unlike these in the pciture, it's only about 3 inches wide.
We also went to Pandapas Pond where Grayson got to play in the woods. He loved playing with the sticks and tried to eat acorns like the squirrels until Mommy stopped him!
We took a walk across the bridge that usually spans water, but it's been so dry that there's no water left!
Later we went to the Horticulture Gardens at Virginia Tech where Grayson can run around and play. He likes to tackle his Daddy!
And he enjoyed touching the different flowers to see what they felt like, too.
