All that swinging can make a baby boy sleepy!

Squeaky clean at the kitchen sink!

This is the double stroller that no one can visualize as I describe it as a "double decker." I didn't have confidence in myself that I could maneuver a side-by-side or an in-line so my good friend Jennifer directed my eye to this one. I LOVE it! You can see a little bassinet level for Luke right now (look carefully and you can see just a bit of him) and then Grayson is in the driver's seat up front (you can just see his shoes in the picture). As soon as Luke gets a little bigger then it converts (with some serious Transformer-like moves) to two regular seats - one on top of the other.

Over Labor Day we had a chance to spend some time "camping" with Jennifer and her family. I had the boys on my own that weekends so we didn't actually spend the night, but the stopover at the campsite on the way to see my Mom was fun! Grayson and Lincoln enjoyed some time in the old-school playpen that Jennifer once played in.

We were able to get our for a nice long hike on the Huckleberry one day. Grayson demanded out of the stroller at one point so we just let him run down the trail ahead of us. He's a quick little stinker now!

Grayson is finally getting more comfortable with water. He loves jumping off the side of Auntie Kim's pool into Nana's arms.

My friend Kim MacInnis gave Grayson this book when Luke was born. Grayson loves snakes and I thought the expression when he opened up the book and saw pictures of real ones was priceless!

Believe it or not, this Hokie "nuk" is Luke's favorite. Grayson never would use this kind even though this was actually a gift for Grayson when he was born. But unfortunately since it's a novelty "nuk" we can't find anymore like it!

Luke seems to have taken to the swing as much as Grayson did. This swing has been one of the "must-have" baby gear items for us!

Grayson has gotten lots of quality time with his Mimi and Popaw - including an afternoon at the Caboose Park.
