Transition to the Crib

OK, I'll admit it. Luke is 7.5 months old and has never slept in his crib. One might assume he's sleeping with us. Nope, he's never done that either. Instead, like Grayson, Luke is a swing baby. He still loves his swing and spends every night there. One problem...he's approaching the weight limit and his feet hang over the end. So, as if my pediatrician telling me that I needed to get him into a crib wasn't enough, I now realize he's actually not going to fit in the swing for much longer. So we're trying to start out every night in his crib and are just hoping that one night he'll just sleep through and wake up in the morning, still in the crib. Thus far, I think the record has been about 2 hours in the crib before he "demands" to go in his swing.

Just be so thankful you've had good sleep so far. We haven't had a full sleep through the night yet! Hopefully soon. I'm just about ready to bite the bullet and let Nate cry...yikes!
Hey, we'll be in Blacksburg in early October for a game weekend, staying at Claytor Lake. More details to come but definitely want to see you and your boys! Good luck with the crib!
