In mid-October we decided to go ahead and take the boat out of the lake to get it all ready to be stored for the winter. Since we bought the boat at the lake this would be the first time we actually hitched up the boat and took it out of the water. The weather was decent that day so we decided on one last cruise to enjoy the fall colors.
The boys were excited to have a chance to fish. Luke has not yet graduated to a real hook. He's still content with his red "gooey fish."
Grayson has graduated to a real hook, but still no bites.
Luke didn't understand why he couldn't go swimming. Finally he was a little appeased when Steve offered to dip his toes in the water a few times.
The grandmas enjoyed the ride and the view.
Now for the fun part!
"A little to the left, Daddy." The boys supervised while Steve tried to get the pontoon all loaded up!
All ready to go!
