My guess is that not many people have a two year old who has never eaten a sandwich. Lucky me. Thus far, a quick sandwich has never been an option. Grayson looks at it like I've just served him spinach. That was until my friend Kim gave Grayson some cookie cutters shaped like a train. So for the first time ever, I saw my toddler eat a sandwich the other night. Now I'm hoping I can slap anything between two pieces of bread, call it a "choo choo sandwich" and he'll eat it!
