On April 16th, the third anniversary of the shootings, the boys and I participated in the 3.2 for 32 Run in Remembrance. (OK, for us it was a Walk in Remembrance.) They estimated almost 7,000 participants. It was quite an event! The boys did great riding in the double stroller for the duration of the 3.2 miles. Afterwards, one of the University Relations people came and asked if they could film Grayson. Of course, in true toddler style, Grayson turned completely shy as soon as she turned on the camera. But he did still end up being in about 2 seconds of the video. You can see my little budding star at about 2:20 of the video. The scary thing - I had two kids with me and have no idea where the other one was while this one was being filmed. Fortunately, he must have been right where I left him because I have no memory of missing him at any point during the day!
