A bit delayed. We've had a crazy month. Or at least my month at work has been crazy thereby decreasing the amount of lunch break times I have to update the blog. At work I'm happy to report that right now we're about one tenth of a percent over our target goal of incoming freshmen. Statistically speaking, that's no less than phenomenal. And I completed one more course toward my Ph.D. so yay for me! But about a month ago, we enjoyed a lovely Easter celebrating in Christiansburg and in Amherst.
The weekend started with a morning at Mimi and Poppaws house and a little egg hunt that got moved inside due to unusually chilly late-April weather. The boys had fun lining up their eggs and counting them. Luke especially liked the ones that had candy in them but was less impressed with the real eggs!

After a while the weather did warm up enough to enjoy a little time outside before making the trek to Amherst.
Easter morning we woke up at Mom's house (in fact we have yet to wake up on Easter in our own house) and the boys enjoyed looking to see what the Easter bunny brought. The only thing Grayson had hoped the bunny would bring was a "chocolate bunny" and fortunately the Easter bunny did leave him a chocolate version of himself.
After church I had hoped for some family pictures but Steve managed to disrobe from his Sunday best before I could grab him. So instead we got a few shots of my Mom with her girls and then me with my boys...
Either I grew or my mom and sister shrunk. I feel like I look like a giant.
Grayson let no grass grow under his feet this year. He definitely has the knack for egg hunting down now and dashed from one place to the next!
Luke preferred to pick one egg at a time. Open. Evaluate. Possibly consume. Then move on to the next.
